The Maxx (1996)

Despite not being an Image founder, Sam Kieth's name became synonymous with Image Comics in the mid 90s thanks to the popularity of The Maxx. Its popularity expanded beyond the pages of the comic to other media, notably MTV's Oddities program, where it was featured as an animated series. WildStorm's trading card set shows off the very best that Kieth's world had to offer, with a healthy 99 card base set and two chase card sets.
